The Company announces that on 18 March 2020 it purchased for cancellation 143,471 of its ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") through UBS, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 6 September 2019.

The Shares purchased today will be cancelled and will not be held as Treasury shares.
