In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R, the Company advises that Andy Kemp, Non-Executive Director of The Berkeley Group Holdings plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of ScS Group plc ("ScS") with effect from 1 February 2023.  It is intended that Andy will additionally be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee of ScS in late 2023.
