Change in Substantial Holder Notice

Berkeley Energia Limited (Berkeley or Company) advises that it was notified today, via the filing of a Form 604 with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), that Sprott Inc. and each of its controlled bodies corporate (Sprott) lodged a change in substantial holder notice (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001).

As of 28 August 2025, following on-market net sales of 4,459,102 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares), Sprott's shareholding in the Company decreased from 42,252,673 to 37,793,571 shares. This represents a decrease in voting power of 9.48% to 8.48%.
