RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

A General Meeting of the Company was held today, 14 December 2016, at 10.00am (WST).

The resolution voted on was in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Securities Exchange and Alternative Investment Market.

In accordance with Section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the following information is also provided:

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the 17,869,572 Placement Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take place at 8:00am (GMT) on 16 December 2016 and dealings in the Placement Shares will commence on the same day. Application will also be made to ASX for the Placement Shares to be quoted on the ASX.

Following the issue of the 17,869,572 Placement Shares, the Company will have 254,289,976 ordinary shares on issue ("Ordinary Shares"). The figure of 254,289,976 may be used by the Company's shareholders ("Shareholders") as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
