Completion of 2[nd] Tranche of Placement

The Company advises that the 2[nd] Tranche of the Placement Securities was completed today, with the issue of 15,360,000 Shares issued at an issue price of $1.70 per share.

Following the Issue the Company has 174,298,148 Shares on Issue.
