APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Directors of Berkeley Resources Limited (AIM: BKY.L) advise that Mr Clint McGhie has been appointed Company Secretary following the resignation of Mr Shane Cranswick.

The Board would like to thank Mr Cranswick for his contribution to the Company.

Mr McGhie is a Chartered Accountant who works in the corporate office of a number of publicly listed companies focussed on the resources sector. Prior to this he worked for a large international Chartered Accounting firm.
