Conversion of Class A shares

During the month of March, at the request of shareholders, B&B TOOLS AB converted 1,344 Class A shares to the corresponding number of Class B shares in the Company.

Following conversion, the number of Class A shares is 1,063,780 and the number of Class B shares is 27,372,636. The number of shares and votes in B&B TOOLS AB is shown in the following table:
