Converting class A shares

During the month of Maj the number of shares in B&B TOOLS AB has changed due to shareholders request for conversion of 1,344 class A shares to corresponding number of class B shares.

After the conversion the total number of class A shares is 1,075,404 and class B shares 27,361,012. The number of shares and the number of votes in B&B TOOLS AB are shown in the table below:
