BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase

Bergen, Norway, 22 February 2022 - Reference is made to the stock exchange

notice published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 16 February

2022 where the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had

resolved to increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise

of options pursuant to the Company's share option program. A total of 105,277

options were exercised and 105,277 new shares were issued at an average

subscription price of NOK 16.01 per share.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital

is NOK 8,866,053.20 divided into 88,660,532 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.10.
