BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase

Bergen, Norway, 1 July 2019 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 28 June 2019 where

the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had resolved to

increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise options

pursuant to the Company's share option program. A total of 90,000 options were

exercised at an average subscription price of NOK 10.91 per share.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital

is NOK 6,053,659 divided into 60,536,590 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.10.
