BerGenBio ASA – Disclosure of large shareholding

On 5 January 2024, Investinor Direkte AS sold 10,861,235 shares in BerGenBio ASA (the “Company”). Following the disposal of shares, Investinor Direkte AS owns 124,070,385 shares in the Company, representing a total of 4.6% of the Company’s issued shares and voting rights (based on 2,688,689,214 shares issued by the Company). In addition, Investinor Direkte AS holds 107,215,810 warrants to subscribe for shares in the Company.
