Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by BerGenBio ASA (“BerGenBio”) on 16 April 2024 regarding the final results of the last exercise period for the warrants issued in connection with the rights issue in BerGenBio in June 2023.

Investinor Direkte AS (“Investinor”) has exercised 107,215,810 warrants and has therefore today been allocated 107,215,810 new shares in BerGenBio. Following issuance of the new shares Investinor will hold 217,147,430 shares and votes in BerGenBio, representing approx. 5.72% of the shares and votes outstanding in BerGenBio.
