DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS

Reference is made to the announcement made by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") on 2 March 2020 regarding registered new share capital related to a share capital increase. Investinor AS had a shareholding in the Company of 7,270,280 shares which represented 10.92 % of the total shares and voting rights in the Company prior to this share capital increase. Investinor AS did not subscribe for shares in the share capital increase, but had its shareholding diluted following such event. Following said share capital increase, Investinor AS owned 7,270,280 shares that represented 9.92% of the total shares and voting rights in the Company after this share capital increase (based on 73,291,908 issued and outstanding shares in the Company following said share capital increase).

Following subsequent share capital increases in the Company, Investinor AS currently owns 7,270,280 shares representing 8.38% of the total shares and voting rights in the Company after these subsequent share capital increases (based on 86,725,805 issued and outstanding shares in the Company following such increases).

Investinor AS does not own any rights to shares in the Company.
