Jon André Løkke, Chairman of the Board, has today 22.11.2023 transferred his shares in Bergen Carbon Solutions to his private investment company, Ludens AS.

The transfer is for practical reasons.

The transfer is for 50,000 shares at a price of NOK 14.06 per share.

Following this transaction, Ludens AS owns 50,000 shares in Bergen Carbon Solutions AS.

Jon André Løkke holds in addition 300,000 share options.
