Bergen Carbon Solutions: Karina Brudeseth appointed CFO

(Bergen, 06.09 2021) Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (Bergen Carbon Solutions/BGS, OSE:BCS) today announces the appointment of Karina Brudeseth as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 October 2021.

“I´m pleased to announce Karina as the new CFO of Bergen Carbon Solution. She brings solid experience within finance, accounting and management, and will play an important role in our management team as we are accelerating our international growth and expansion, “says Jan B. Sagmo, Chief Executive Officer of Bergen Carbon Solutions.

Karina Brudeseth is appointed CFO of Bergen Carbon Solutions and comes from the position as Head of Accounting of the company. She has previously served as site manager and financial controller in Coor, in addition to various positions in Aker Solutions and Nera Networks. Brudeseth holds a Bachelor of Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Brudeseth succeeds Kåre Voldsund, which has been on a short-term contract with the company, effective 1 October 2021.
