The Board of Directors of Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS) hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting. The general meeting will be held on 22 November 2022 at 12:00 (CET) virtually. The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical attendance for shareholders.

The deadline for submitting proxy form votes is 21 November at 16:00 (CET). Please find enclosed the complete notice including attendance forms (in English and in Norwegian).
