At the present day, financial investor Monolith, Amsterdam, Netherlands,
notified to acquire around 10.4 % of the common shares and hence of the
voting rights of Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft, Haseluenne, Germany,
from AURELIUS group, Munich, Germany. The companies of the AURELIUS group
