Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, announces that as at 28 February 2022, there were 632,528,706 Swedish Depository Receipts representing 76.05 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and trading on the Spotlight Exchange in Stockholm. The remaining issued share capital of the Company is held in the UK.
