Change of registered holding of Director's shares

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; AktieTorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, focused on the Kallak magnetite iron ore project and the Åtvidaberg polymetallic exploration licence in Sweden, and its graphite portfolio in Finland, announces that Bevan Metcalf, Non-executive Chairman of the Company has transferred 1,832,508 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in certificated form to his account at Barclays Stockbrokers.

There has been no change in Mr Metcalf's interest in the Company which remains at 2,165,841 ordinary shares, representing 0.41 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
