Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that all six resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today were passed on a poll. Resolutions one to five were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution six was passed as a special resolution. The results of the AGM poll will be available shortly on the Company's website, https://beowulfmining.com/

Responses to questions submitted via email in advance of the AGM will also be uploaded to the Company's website.
