Offers for Securities in BHD by John Bridgeman Limited

Benjamin Hornigold Limited (ASX: BHD) advises that it has today been served with the Bidder’s Statement from John Bridgeman Limited (NSX: JBL) in relation to its off-market takeover offers to acquire all of the issued shares and options in BHD that JBL does not currently own ( Offers ).

BHD will consider the Offers and commence preparation of its Target’s Statement (incorporating an independent expert’s report as required by the Corporations Act 2001).

The Voting Directors of BHD recommend Shareholders TAKE NO ACTION until the release of BHD’s Target’s Statement.
