Benjamin Hornigold Ltd ( BHD ) advises that the Manager, John Bridgeman Limited, subscribed for 2,000,000 Shares and Options under the Company’s Prospectus. However, in light of the significant amount of oversubscriptions received by the Company and the scale-back which was required, the Board of Benjamin Hornigold Ltd determined to scale back John Bridgeman Limited’s subscription 100%. Accordingly, John Bridgeman Limited was not issued any Shares or Options.
