The Bénéteau Group is announcing the arrival of Christophe Caudrelier as its Chief Financial Officer from June 4th, 2015. Christophe Caudrelier will be a member of the Management Board and will also head up the IT Services Division.
Christophe Caudrelier, 46, began his career with Arthur Andersen. Three years later, he joined the VALEO group, where he held various positions as a controller and then Finance Director, before moving to DCNS as Group Chief Financial Officer. He graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
He will be taking over from Patrick Guilloux, who has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for American operations, based in Annapolis. For the North and South America Regions, he will be heading up corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Procurement and Facilities Management). In this position, his missions will include helping drive Rec Boats' integration within the Bénéteau Group, aiming to accelerate the implementation of synergies across all business lines.
The world's number one sailing yacht builder - both mono and multi-hull the Beneteau Group has continued to make progress on motorboats, and is now a global market leader.
On both sailing yachts and motorboats, the Group's brands - BENETEAU, JEANNEAU, LAGOON, PRESTIGE, MCY, CNB, FOUR WINNS, GLASTRON, WELLCRAFT and SCARAB - are able to offer more than 200 models ranging from 15 to 90 feet.
The Group is also a leading player on the European leisure home market, with its O'HARA and IRM brands, and is developing its business on the market for high environmental performance residential housing. With the design and production of timber-frame houses, it aims to make quality homes that are affordable and in line with sustainable development standards.
