Reorganization of the company's executive management team in line with the adaptation plan
In connection with the plan to adapt the company in light of the downturn on the pleasure cruising markets – a plan that is being rolled out in line with the objectives, the Bénéteau Group's management has submitted a proposal to the Supervisory Board for a reorganization of the executive management team to ensure that the efforts made concern all levels of responsibility within the business.
Within this context, the position of Chief Financial Officer, held by Bruno Poloniato, will be performed as previously by Bruno Cathelinais, the Chairman of the Management Board.
