Changes in the Company's share capital as a result of issuing sharesunder conditional share capital increase

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (_quot;the Company_quot;) in reference to the reports no: 63/2023 of 31December 2023, 7/2024 of 19 January 2024 and 9/2024 of 5 February 2024,hereby informs that in connection with recording 24,750 series Gordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one zloty) each(_quot;Shares_quot;) on the securities accounts of 32 eligible persons (_quot;EligiblePersons_quot;) on 23 January 2024 in accordance with Article 451 § 2 of theCommercial Companies Code, the issue of Shares has taken place.

The Shares were issued by the Company in connection with the exercise bythe Eligible Persons of their rights under series L subscriptionwarrants granted to those persons under the Incentive Scheme for2021-2025.

Accordingly, after the release of the Shares, the share capital of theCompany is PLN 2,958,292 in wording: two million nine hundredfifty-eight thousand two hundred ninety-two zlotys and is divided into2,958,292 in wording: two million nine hundred fifty-eight thousand twohundred ninety-two shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 in wording:one zloty each, including:

• 2,204,842 ordinary bearer A series shares;

• 200,000 ordinary bearer B series shares;

• 150,000 ordinary bearer C series shares;

• 120,000 ordinary bearer D series shares;

• 74,700 ordinary bearer E series shares;

• 184,000 ordinary bearer F series shares;

• 24,750 ordinary bearer G series shares;

The total number of votes resulting from all the issued shares of theCompany amounts to 2,958,292 votes.

The amount of conditional increase of share capital after issuance ofShares is currently PLN 100,250 (in wording: one hundred thousand twohundred fifty zlotys).
