Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 30September 2021 they received 2 notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 ofthe MAR Regulation from:

1) Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz - Member of the Management Board of theCompany, about taking up on 30 September 2021, outside a trading venue,a total of 4,000 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at aprice of PLN 491.93 per share,

2) Mr. Wojciech Szwarc - Member of the Management Board of the Company,about taking up on 30 September 2021, outside a trading venue, a totalof 2,100 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at a price ofPLN 491.93 per share;

in connection with the exercise by the above-mentioned persons of therights from subscription warrants granted under the 2017-2020 incentiveprogram established on the basis of resolutions on June 20, 2016 andJune 21, 2016 of the Company's ordinary general meeting of June 15,2016, the content of which was announced by the Company in the currentreport no. 18/2016.
