Decision on amendment to the company's articles of associationTheManagement Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;) in reference to the current report no. 42/2023 of4 September 2023, in which it informed about court decision dated 1September 2023 issued by the District Court for the Capital City ofWarsaw on Warsaw regarding the registration of amendment into theArticles of Association of the Company (the "Registration") on basis ofthe Resolution No. 5/10.08.2023 of the extraordinary general meeting ofthe Company adopted on 10 August 2023, herby makes public a consolidatedtext of the Articles of Association of the Company adopted by theSupervisory Board of the Company on 18 September 2023.

Following the Registration:

§ 20 Sec. 1 of the Articles of Association of the Company has beenamended:

"1. The Supervisory Board shall be composed of five (5) members whoshall be appointed and

recalled by the General Meeting."

by adding new, following wording:

"1. The Supervisory Board shall be composed of six (6) members who shallbe appointed and recalled by the General Meeting."

A consolidated text of the Articles of Association of the Companyincorporating the above amendments is attached as appendix hereto.
