Report Content Notification of reducing stake below 5% of total voting rights at theCompany

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the "Company") informs that on 2 October 2025 the Company becomeaware about receiving from Norges Bank with its registered seat in Oslo,Norway ("Norges Bank"), a notification that Norges Bank reduced itsstake below 5% of the total number of votes in the Company (the"Notification").

According to the Notification, the stake was reduced below 5% of totalvoting rights at the Company following the sale of Company shares on 1October 2025 (the "Transaction").

According to the Notification:

- prior to the Transaction, Norges Bank held directly 171,009 Companyshares, representing 5.22% of the Company's share capital, and 171,009voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.22%of total voting rights;

- following the Transaction, Norges Bank holds directly 161,009 Companyshares, representing 4.92% of the Company's share capital, and 161,009voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 4.92%of total voting rights.
