Report Content Notification of changes to the shareholding

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw(the "Company", "Issuer") announces that on 3 June 2025 it received fromBenefit Invest 1 Company with its seat in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada(the "Notifier"), acting on its own behalf and Fundacja Drzewo i Jutrowith its seat in Warsaw ("Fundacja"), hereinafter jointly referred to asthe "Shareholders' Agreement", a notification pursuant to Article 69sec. 1 or 2 in connection with Article 87 sec. 1 point 5 of the Act onPublic Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of FinancialInstruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July2005 (the "Act"), regarding a change in the total number of votes in theCompany held by the Shareholders' Agreement in comparison to the numberindicated in the last notification submitted under the Act, i.e. thenotification of 9 May 2025.

The reduction in the total number of votes held by the Shareholders'Agreement resulted from the sale of 453,691 shares in the Company on 29May 2025 in the accelerated book building by the Notifier as announcedby the Issuer in the report No. RB 45/2025 on 28 May 2025 (the"Transaction"). Additionally, as in the result of the Transaction theNotifier ceased to be the shareholder of the Issuer, the Shareholders'Agreement was resolved.

Prior to the Transaction, the Shareholders' Agreement held 662,188shares in the Company, representing 20.21% of the Company's sharecapital, entitling them to 662,188 votes at the Company's generalmeeting, representing 20.21% of the total number of votes in theCompany, including directly:

- The Notifier held 453,691 shares in the Company, jointly representingapprox. 13.85% of the Company's share capital and entitling it to453,691 votes at the Company's general meeting, representing approx.13.85% of the total number of votes in the Company;

- Fundacja held 208,497 shares in the Company, jointly representingapprox. 6.36% of the Company's share capital and entitling it to 208,497votes at the Company's general meeting, representing approx. 6.36% ofthe total number of votes in the Company.

Directly following the Transaction:

- The Notifier holds no shares in the Company.

- Fundacja holds 208,497 shares in the Company, jointly representingapprox. 6.36% of the Company's share capital and entitling it to 208,497votes at the Company's general meeting, representing approx. 6.36% ofthe total number of votes in the Company.
