Notice of dismissal of the Company's appeal by the Competition andConsumer Protection Court

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (_quot;the Company_quot;) announces that the Court of Competition andConsumer Protection (_quot;the Court_quot;) today dismissed the Company's appealagainst decision No. DOK-6/2020 issued by the President of the Office ofCompetition and Consumer Protection, of which the Company informed inreport No. 2/2021 on 4 January 2021. At the same time, the Courtannulled the decision with respect to Yes to Move sp. z o.o..

The Court's judgment is not final. The Company's Management Boardannounces that it does not agree with the ruling and will exercise itsright to appeal against the Court's judgment.
