Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 15 January2024 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr Wojciech Szwarc, Management Board Member of theCompany about a sale of 120 shares in the Company at PLN 2200 per shareon 12 January 2024.
