The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 22 June2023 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr Bartosz Józefiak, the Management Board Member of theCompany, about purchase of 11 shares in the Company at PLN 1420.00 pershare on 21 June 2023
