The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 22 August2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Boardof the Company, about sale of 10,000 shares in the Company at PLN 686.00per share on 19 August 2022.
