Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 30September 2020 they received 4 notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 ofthe MAR Regulation from:

1) Mr. Bartosz Józefiak - Member of the Management Board of the Company,about taking up on 30 September 2020, outside a trading venue, a totalof 500 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at a price of PLN491.93 per share,

2) Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz - Member of the Management Board of theCompany, about taking up on 30 September 2020, outside a trading venue,a total of 4000 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at aprice of PLN 491.93 per share,

3) Mr. Adam Radzki - Member of the Management Board of the Company,about taking up on 30 September 2020, outside a trading venue, a totalof 2000 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at a price ofPLN 491.93 per share,

4) Mr. Wojciech Szwarc - Member of the Management Board of the Company,about taking up on 30 September 2020, outside a trading venue, a totalof 4300 series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at a price ofPLN 491.93 per share;

in connection to exercising by the above-mentioned persons the rightsderived from subscription warrants vested as part of the Incentive Plan.
