Information about transactions on the Company's shares obtained pursuantto Article 19 MAR
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 5 April2019 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder, Management BoardMember, about sale of 1009 shares in the Company at an average price ofPLN 995.5045 per share on 4 April 2019.
