The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that they receiveda notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from MsIzabela Walczewska-Schneyder, Management Board Member of the Company,about purchase of 125 shares in the Company at PLN 699.71 per share on 9November 2018.
