List of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes atthe Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on November 30,2021The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with itsregistered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby providesthe list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votesat the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on November 30,2021 (hereinafter, the "General Meeting"):

1) James Van Bergh - 494,695 shares representing 494,695 votes at theGeneral Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the GeneralMeeting: 31.36%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 16.86%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 300,421 shares representing 300,421 votes atthe General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting: 19.04%; percentage share in the total number of votes:10.24%;

3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 239,628 shares representing 239,628 votesat the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting: 15.19%; percentage share in the total number of votes:8.17%;

4) Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander - 181,000 sharesrepresenting 181,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share inthe number of votes at the General Meeting: 11.47%; percentage share inthe total number of votes: 6.17%;

5) Invesco Europlus Fund - 150,281 shares representing 150,281 votes atthe General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting: 9.53%; percentage share in the total number of votes:5.12%;
