Early redemption of series B bonds

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;, "Issuer")hereby announces that on 4 April 2022 it adopted Resolution No.2022/04/04/1 on the early redemption of series B bonds assigned ISINcode: PLBNFTS00075 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) (_quot;Resolution_quot;), pursuant to which on 4April 2022 the Company notified of the early redemption of series BBonds. Thus, the Issuer decided to implement the early redemption of theBonds. The early redemption will apply to all 50,000 (fifty thousand)Bonds with the total nominal value of PLN 50,000,000 (in words: fiftymillion zloty). The early redemption of the Bonds shall be effected on14 April 2022.

The entities entitled to receive benefits due to early redemption of theBonds are the holders of the securities account in which the Bonds arerecorded or the persons indicated to the entity maintaining the omnibusaccount by the holder of such account as the persons entitled under theBonds recorded in such omnibus account on the record date, which is 7April 2022.

Under the terms of the Bonds, the Issuer will pay the bondholders anamount equal to the sum of: (i) the principal amount due (ii) the amountof interest accrued from the commencement date of the current interestperiod (excluding that date) to the early redemption date (inclusive)and (iii) an early redemption premium of 2.6% of the principal amountredeemed.

The Bonds shall be redeemed through the Central Securities Depository ofPoland ("KDPW") in accordance with the regulations of the KDPW. Theredeemed Bonds shall be cancelled.
