Marek Trepko jest związany z Grupą Benefit Systems od 2017 r. Pełni funkcję prezesa Fit Invest International sp. z o. o. od 2024 roku , a wcześniej od 2020 r. jako członek zarządu tej spółki był odpowiedzialny za rozwój międzynarodowy w obszarze fitness. Obecnie w obszarze działalności spółki Fit Invest International odpowiada za budowanie oraz realizację strategii funkcjonowania i rozwoju klubów inwestycyjnych dla programu MultiSport w ramach spółek zależnych w Grupy Benefit Systems - w Bułgarii, Chorwacji, Czechach, Słowacji oraz w Turcji. Od września 2024 pełni także funkcję w strukturach Benefit Systems S.A., jako Fitness Group Director. W roli Fitness Group Director odpowiada za koncentrację kompetencji w zakresie działalności fitness na rynku polskim i zagranicznym, za obszary związane z rozwojem sieci klubów fitness (Benefit Systems Oddział Fitness) i obiektów partnerskich MultiSport (Dział Relacji Partnerskich). Jest także odpowiedzialny za działalność działu analiz, w tym hurtownię danych i badania oraz działu zakupów. Jest członkiem rad nadzorczych w spółkach w Grupie Benefit Systems zarządzających programami MultiSport oraz w spółkach zarządzających działalnością klubów inwestycyjnych za granicą. Przed dołączeniem do Grupy Benefit Systems pracował przez 5 lat jako dyrektor regionalny w Cinema City, odpowiedzialny za rozwój sieci kin w kluczowych miastach w Polsce. Pan Marek Trepko od kilkunastu lat jest także właścicielem i współzałożycielem butikowego wydawnictwa płytowego Kameleon Records, specjalizującego się w rocku z lat 60. i 70. Jest absolwentem Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej na Wydziale Cybernetyki, a także studiów podyplomowych na Politechnice Łódzkiej. Ukończył High Performance Leadership na International Institute for Management Development w Szwajcarii.

Marek Trepko has been associated with the Benefit Systems Group since 2017. He has been the president of Fit Invest International sp. z o. o. since 2024 , and previously, from 2020, as a member of the management board of this company, he was responsible for international development in the fitness area. Currently, in the area of Fit Invest International activity, he is responsible for building and implementing the strategy for the operation and development of investment clubs for the MultiSport program within subsidiaries of Benefit Systems Group - in Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. Since September 2024, he has also held a position in the structures of Benefit Systems S.A., as a Fitness Group Director. Acting as the Fitness Group Director, he is responsible for the concentration of competences in the field of fitness activities in the Polish and foreign markets, for areas related to the development of the network of fitness clubs (Benefit Systems Fitness Branch) and MultiSport partner facilities (Partner Relations Department). He is also responsible for the activities of the analysis department, including the data warehouse and research, and the purchasing department. He is a member of supervisory boards in companies in Benefit Systems Group managing the MultiSport programmes and in companies managing the activities of investment clubs abroad. Before joining Benefit Systems Group, he worked for 5 years as a regional director at Cinema City, responsible for the development of the cinema network in key cities in Poland. For over a dozen years, Mr Marek Trepko has also been the owner and co-founder of the boutique record publishing house Kameleon Records, specializing in rock from the 1960s and 1970s. He is a graduate of the Military University of Technology at the Faculty of Cybernetics, as well as postgraduate studies at the Lodz University of Technology. He graduated from High Performance Leadership at the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.
