Pan Adam Radzki pełni rolę członka zarządu od 10 sierpnia 2017 r. Odpowiada za analizy rynkowe, projekty specjalne prowadzone w grupie Benefit Systems, IT, PMO, obszar zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi.

Kariera Pana Adama Radzkiego to dobry przykład awansu wewnętrznego. Niemal od początku pracy zawodowej jest związany z Benefit Systems S.A. Dołączył do Benefit Systems S.A. w 2008 r. jako analityk. Od 2010 r. do 2015 r. był Kierownikiem ds. Analiz, potem Wicedyrektorem ds. Analiz a następnie Dyrektorem ds. Rozwoju.

Jest absolwentem Socjologii na warszawskiej SGGW. Ukończył także studia podyplomowe na SGH w dziedzinie Business Intelligence oraz Studia Menedżerskie. Kształcił się też w Strategic Leadership Academy prowadzonej przez ICAN Institute. Jest absolwentem programów rozwojowych realizowanych przez IMD (Szwajcaria).

Mr Adam Radzki has been a Member of the Management Board since 10 August 2017. He is responsible for market analyses, special projects launched at the Benefit Systems Group, IT, PMO and HR management.

Adam Radzki's career is a good example of internal promotion. He has been affiliated with Benefit Systems S.A. almost from the very beginning of his professional career. He joined Benefit Systems as an analyst in 2008. In 2010 – 2015, he was holding the position of the Manager at Analysis Department, followed by Vice Director of Analysis Department and Business Development Director.

He graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). He also completed postgraduate studies in business intelligence at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and an MBA programme. He attended the Strategic Leadership Academy run by the ICAN Institute. He is also a graduate of development programmes supported by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) (Switzerland).
