Appointment of a new member to the Management Board of Benefit SystemsS.A.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 3 September2019, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolution to appointMr Bartosz Józefiak to the Management Board to the position of theCompany's Management Board member effective as of 1 November 2019. MrBartosz Józefiak will be responsible for the finances of the Company andwill supervise the work of the following departments: Finance andAccounting, Internal Audit, Compliance, Administration and Purchasing,Investor Relations and Legal.

Mr Bartosz Józefiak has graduated from the Business Management Facultyof the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He started hisprofessional career with Wrigley Polska. In 2003-2007, he worked forKraft Foods, initially for Kraft Foods International, as financialanalyst, and subsequently, for Kraft Foods Oesterreich GmbH as the headof financial control for East Adriatic Markets and for Kraft FoodsPolska as the head of financial control for the Central Europe. Since2008, when he joined Avery Dennison R.I.S. Polska, he was responsiblefor the implementation of medium-term operational strategy of the AveryDennison Group in Poland, Bulgaria and the Scandinavian countries. In2011 - 2014, he was the financial director of the Zelmer Capital Groupand a member of the Management Board of the Group. In this capacity, hewas responsible, among other things, for the strategy and operatingplans, finance management and the financial (to the Warsaw StockExchange) and managerial reporting of the Group. In 2014 - 2018, he wasaffiliated to one of Poland's biggest independent investment fundcompanies: Skarbiec TFI S.A., where he was a member of the ManagementBoard and the Financial Director for Skarbiec TFI and its dominantentity Skarbiec Holding S.A. In 2014, jointly with his team, he carriedout the process of the initial public offering of the shares of SkarbiecHolding S.A., which are listed on WSE since November 2014. Since June2018, he was holding the position of the Deputy Chief Financial Officerof the ProService Finteco Group, which is focused on the providing ofthe middle-, and back-office as well as IT support for the Polishfinancial sector.

In accordance with the representation made by Mr Bartosz Józefiak, thenewly appointed Member of the Management Board of the Company neitherconducts activity competitive to the Company's business nor participatesin a competitive entity either as a partner of a partnership or a memberof the governing body of any competitive legal person. He is notrecorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, which is maintained onthe basis of National Court Register Act of 20 August 1997 (Journal ofLaws [Dz. U.] of 2017, Item 700).

From 1 November 2019, the Management Board of the Company will consistof the following persons: Emilia Rogalewicz, Adam Radzki, WojciechSzwarc and Bartosz Józefiak.

Mr Bartosz Józefiak has been appointed to the Management Board for itsjoint term that has already started on 11 June 2017.
