Benchmark, the aquaculture health, nutrition and genetics business, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 (“Annual Report”) are expected to be posted to shareholders on or around Tuesday 12 December 2023, and confirms that the Company's Annual Report is now available on the IR section of the Company's website: https://www.benchmarkplc.com/investors/reports-presentations/.

The Company’s notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and related form of proxy are expected to be posted to shareholders in January 2024, and will be published on the Company’s IR website at or around the date of posting.

The AGM will be held on Thursday, 8 February 2024 at 12.00 midday (UK time) at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London, EC1A 2AL.

The Board is keen to encourage engagement with shareholders. In order to facilitate this, if you are unable to attend but would like to ask the Board a question on the business of the AGM, please submit your questions by email to AGM@bmkholdings.com, so as to arrive by 12.00 midday (UK time) on Thursday, 1 February 2024. Responses will be made via return email or published on our investors' website at www.benchmarkplc.com/investors/, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
