Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that a s of 30 April 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 741,505,672 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 30 April 2025 is therefore 741,505,672.

Since the previous announcement on 31 March 2025 this figure has remained unchanged.    

The above figure ( 741,505,672 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
