ISIN NO0012704099 — Benchmark Holdings PLC FRN senior unsecured green NOK 750,000,000 bonds 2022/2025 (the “Bond”)

12 April 2023

Benchmark, the aquaculture biotechnology company, notifies that due to the listing of the Bond on the Oslo Stock Exchange today, the interest rate on the principal amount outstanding under the Bond Terms will cease to accrue at the Interest Rate plus 1 percentage point per annum.

The Interest Rate for the Interest Period from and including 27 March 2023 to but excluding 27 June 2023 is 10.30391 percentage points per annum.

All capitalised terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the bond terms originally dated 23 September 2022 (the “Bond Terms”).
