Director statement of interim results FY23
On 23 May 2023, the Company issued its second-quarter and interim results for the six-month period ending on March 31, 2023, as referenced in Announcement 591260. Regrettably, in this announcement, the Company inadvertently omitted the Statement of the Board of Directors, as required by Section 5-6, Paragraph (2), Number 3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act of June 29, 2007, No. 75.
In light of this oversight, the Company is rectifying the announcement made on 23 May 2023, and the missing information is included in a separate document attached.
