PCA Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Kverva Finans AS ("Kverva"), who is associated with Torgeir Svae, Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,070,726 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40 pence per share on 24 May 2023.

Following this transaction, Kverva has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 165,215,579 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Notification of Dealing Form below is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (as amended) as it forms part of the domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended).
