DIRECTOR SHARE OPTIONS 

Benchmark Holdings plc announces that on 2 June 2020 options over Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Trond Williksen, Chief Executive Officer and Septima Maguire, Chief Financial Officer, under the Company Share Option Plan (CSOP). 

Options over a total of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares were granted to Trond Williksen; and options over a total of 600,000 Ordinary Shares were granted to Septima Maguire.  Following this grant, Trond Williksen holds options over a total of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this grant, Septima Maguire remains interested in 264,914 Ordinary Shares and holds options over a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.04% and 0.15% of Benchmark's issued share capital respectively.  

The options granted have a vesting period of three years, may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of grant, have an exercise price of 31.5 pence per Ordinary Share, and are not subject to performance criteria.
