Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that as of 30 June 2025, the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 742,423,113 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as of 30 June 2025 is therefore 742,423,113.
The increase is due to the routine exercise of options by current and former employees of the Company under its block admission.
The above figure (742,423,113 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
