Benchmark Holdings plc (AIM: BMK, Euronext Growth Oslo: BMK), the aquaculture biotechnology business, will announce its unaudited interim results for the six month period ended 31 March 2025 on Thursday, 12 June 2025.

Further to the announcement made on 27 May 2025, the Equity Development webcast for retail investors will now take place at 10.00am UK time (11.00am CET) on Thursday, 12 June 2025, rather than 12.00pm UK time (1.00pm CET).
