Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Benchmark Holdings plc (the “Company”) on 16 September 2022 regarding the successful refinancing through a new senior unsecured green bond issue.

The Company hereby announces that it has sent the attached call notice to Nordic Trustee AS to call the outstanding senior secured bonds with the ticker "BHMH01" (ISIN NO0010858210) at a call price of 101.690% of par with settlement date for the call option on 30 September 2022. The call option is subject to certain conditions as set out in the attached call notice.
